We provide technical support by email or phone, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm PST. The fastest way to reach us is by email at info@360avionics.com or through the contact form on this website. All product manuals are available anytime in the Knowledge Base section at the top of our website. 
We accept Bank Wire Transfer, EMT, Zelle, credit card, or certified cheque. Orders are processed once payment is received in full. Please note that credit card payments include a 4% processing fee.
Most orders ship within 2–4 weeks after payment. If any items are temporarily out of stock, we’ll let you know right away and keep you updated until your order is ready. We typically ship complete orders, but partial shipments can be arranged if needed. We use Canada Post or Purolator for domestic orders and UPS or Purolator for international shipments. Tracking information is always provided within 48 hours of dispatch.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If preparation or parts ordering has already begun, a restocking fee of at least 20% may apply. We accept returns of unused and uninstalled products in original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping). Returns require proof of purchase and an RMA number from us. After 15 days, returns may still be accepted for in-store credit with a 15–20% restocking fee. If you receive a product that is faulty, incomplete, or DOA, please contact us right away. Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier (if insured) with photos of the box and contents. Always inspect products before installation, as installed goods are considered accepted.
Our products are designed for homebuilt and experimental aircraft. At this time we do not hold Transport Canada or FAA approvals, but we are actively working toward FAA NORSEE approval for select products. We continue to pursue certifications and will keep our customers updated as progress is made.
